You need enough hinge from the hips that your arms hang straight down while being able to swing them freely. If your arms feel smashed against your upper torso, hinge more.

I  love the  takeaway lesson. I found that by pushing the right knee in a bit, it allows the torso to rotate much easier and helps to keep the hips straight
