CQ, another quality piece…very dense with information. Had to take notes during that one.
One thing I have missed is exactly how to effectively engage the internal and external obliques (and I suspect the intercostal muscles to a lesser extent) to get a little extra rotation going in the backswing.
Drilled only Move 1 rotation/elevation today at the range due to the forum posts in “further explanation” . 3x before each full swing. It really seemed to put me on plane (less coming from too far inside and no OTT). 6i, driver, 9i, and 18-degree hybrid. All very nice. RST is great, stuff so far.
