I don’t have a problem with the weight shift right – if I hold at the top of my swing, I feel my weight firmly in my right heel with my right glute really burning. On the downswing, I stay in NJA with my left leg but I think I might still be pushing off my right foot.
I don’t understand how my left leg can “pull” my body over to that side. I’ve heard the move described as a “clawing” or “raking” over to my left but I just can’t figure out which muscle can pull from side to side (glute, hamstring, quad???).
