Well…the day has come. With lots of prayer and faith I am comfortable in knowing that I am making the correct decision. I will be going under the knife for arthroscopic hip surgery for cam impingement and to repair a torn labrum. Surgery is scheduled for Feb 25….16 weeks to recover puts me at June 25 so first day back on the course….WHAM my birthday June 26 WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO! can’t think of a better present!
Now I appreciate the well wishes but please do not feel sorry for me. I am truly quite blessed. Blessed that God has provided me with options that WILL make me 100% and I can’t wait!! I will have full range of motion in the hip that we decide to do (I will be doing the other one next winter ).
