The first answerer is right on the stick. The AP2′s are forged vs cast and they have smaller head size and thiiner sole & top line; all of which equal greater workability….But as an owner of set of AP-1s, I can’t say enough great things about them You can still easily work the ball with the AP-1′s, but I was looking for more forgiveness in a smaller profile when I got new irons last year and they fit the bill for me perfectly….only thing is on both sets, is they come stock with mid size grips….I had to get those changed before I ever even hit a ball with them. Either way you go, you’ll be getting a greast set of sticks.
